For teams of 5–200 people

AI that fits into the work you already do, not a new system you have to learn.

We sit inside your actual workflows — inbox, spreadsheets, support queue, ops calendar — and find the three or four places where a small AI step quietly removes hours of manual work. No platform migration. No data science team required.

The problem

AI advice for small businesses is mostly written for someone else.

Most guidance assumes an engineering team, a data warehouse, and a budget for both. Your team has neither — and you're still expected to keep up.

01

The tools change weekly

By the time someone picks a tool and learns it, three better ones have shipped. Nobody on a 12-person team has time to track that.

02

The advice doesn't fit

"Build an internal model" and "hire an AI lead" are not answers for a business running on email, spreadsheets, and one shared calendar.

03

The risk feels real

Customer data, contracts, and financial records all pass through these tools. One bad rollout and you're cleaning up a mess, not saving time.

How we work

Four steps, run in order, each one earning the next.

We don't start with a tool. We start by watching how the work actually gets done.

01 — Week 1

Process audit

We shadow two or three of your highest-volume workflows — support tickets, order processing, reporting, whatever eats the most hours — and map where time actually goes.

No costNo tooling installed
02 — Weeks 2–3

One pilot, one process

We build a single, narrow AI step into one real workflow — not a demo, the live process — and run it alongside your current method so you can compare results directly.

Live data, isolatedReversible
03 — Weeks 4–5

Hand it to your team

We train whoever owns the process — not your whole staff, just the people who touch it — and write a one-page guide for when something looks off.

04 — Ongoing

Scale what worked

Once the first process is stable, we move to the next one using the same pattern. Most clients have 2–3 processes running within four months.

Monthly check-inNo long lock-in
Where we usually start

The four processes that pay back fastest.

Almost every business we've worked with has at least two of these.

Customer support triage

Incoming emails and tickets get read, sorted by urgency, and drafted a first-pass reply for your team to approve and send — instead of typed from scratch.

Document and data entry

Invoices, receipts, intake forms, and contracts get read and the right fields pulled straight into your spreadsheet or system — no retyping.

Sales and ops scheduling

Quotes, follow-ups, and meeting prep get drafted automatically off your CRM activity, so reps spend their time talking to people, not writing notes.

Internal knowledge assistant

A private assistant trained on your own policies, pricing, and past decisions, so new staff stop interrupting senior staff for answers that already exist.

Engagements

Pricing scoped to one process at a time.

No retainers required to get started. Most teams move to ongoing support after the first pilot proves out.

Questions we get every week

Before you ask, here's what we tell every client.

Is this going to replace people on my team?

No — and that's not the goal. Every pilot we build removes a repetitive step, not a role. The first thing we ask in the audit is which task your team actually dislikes doing; that's usually where we start.

Where does our data go?

Nowhere outside the systems you already use. We connect to your existing tools through their own permissions and don't store customer or financial data on our side — your audit includes a written breakdown of exactly what touches what.

What if the pilot doesn't work?

You keep running your current process the whole time we're testing, so nothing is at risk. If a pilot underperforms after 30 days, we either adjust it or stop — you're not paying for software you have to keep regardless.

Do we need any technical staff in-house?

No. We handle the build and the setup. Your team's only job is the 90-minute training session and naming someone to own the process day to day.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT ourselves?

General tools can draft a reply or summarize a document one at a time. We build the step into your actual workflow so it runs automatically, on your data, without someone copying and pasting all day.
